I didn't have trouble getting the MOH to install, I just couldn't find it. Right-clicking the application icon in the system tray of the desktop displays this option. I am not very computer literate, so I didn't think to look there. You must run the software installation FIRST before hardware installation according to the instruction book. Even so , my computer could not find the both drivers. I ended up going thru "my computer" and clicking on the "drivers" and then they installed.( There is an audio driver also). So far everything is running good.I also had to change a setting on ISP dial up box so that it would choose the correct modem. I just wanted to add these things in case there is someone like myself out there who purchases this. The instructions were not good for enabling modem-on-hold (allowing one to receive calls while online), non existant actually.
